Key Responsibilities:

In a nutshell, you will be in charge of prospecting and qualifying of apx. 300 leads per month as well as maintaining relationships and long-term follow-up. You take over any new leads and qualify/develop them until they show up for a discovery session with the owner or purchase a product or service.

In more detail, you will be doing the following:

1. Connect with warm leads from Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook communities through direct messages and voice memo conversations. You will be reaching out to 100+ leads / day.

2. Nurture leads inside the private community or social platforms to keep engaged and Participating

3. Promote our courses and coaching services and make decisions on when to elevate the lead to a discovery session (sales call) with the owner to close higher-tiered services.

4. Sales conversations via DMs, voice memos, and, as a long-term outlook, potentially Zoom calls (only for the right candidates)

5. Maintain an intimate knowledge of the status of current warm leads, where they are in the funnel, and details of their situations for tracking and reporting weekly to the owner

6. Report, track, and manage sales activities and results in a CRM sales pipeline.

7. Develop a strong understanding of our courses and services and be able to answer questions, tell a prospect the expectable outcome, and know when to elevate the potential client to a discovery call (sales call) with the owner vs. selling a lower-tiered offer.

8. Know our success stories and case studies to share with potential clients during conversations when relevant to each particular lead

9. Understand technology successfully to navigate social media communication, searching, and url/link-sharing
   

Requirements:

💬 Instagram Strategy (Feed, Stories, Broadcast Channel)

• Own our IG strategy end-to-end—feed, stories, and broadcast
  

• Create content that builds connection, trust, and conversion (educational, emotional, social proof, sales)
  

• Collaborate weekly with the success coaches and sales team to gather wins, objections, and client stories for repurposing

🎙️ Podcast + Blog + SEO

• Take the lead on podcast editing (video + audio) in Descript

• Work with Juliana to shape outlines and get raw voice notes when needed

• Repurpose podcast episodes into reels, carousels, blog posts, and more

• Research topic and keyword trends to boost SEO and organic reach

• Receive backup training + creative feedback from Juliana (you’re not on your own)

🎥 Short-Form Video + Design

• Edit 2–3 Reels or short videos/week in CapCut or Descript

• Design high-end, warm Canva assets (carousels, stories, headers)

• Use our existing brand templates and photo/video library

✍️ Content Systems + Team Communication

• Maintain Notion content tracker (ideas, assets, repurposing)
  

• Proactively communicate with Juliana and team to move projects forward
  

• Share monthly performance snapshots via Loom (engagement, leads, reach)

1. Your Experience & Background

• 1+ year experience doing lead generation, appointment setting, cold outreach, or sales support (especially for international / overseas clients).

• Preferably worked for online businesses, coaching, SaaS, or digital services.

• Has handled inboxes (DMs, social, email), CRM systems, and lead pipelines before.

• Comfortable with working outside local PH hours (e.g. US or Europe time zones) if needed.

Key Responsibilities:

In a nutshell, you will be in charge of all clients, from self-study minicourses to 3-6 month high-ticket programs, focusing on building relationships, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and ensuring client retention.
Your job combines three main pillars:

1. Ensuring professional and smooth account management, including onboarding, organization, and support during program duration, retention, and offboarding

2. Upselling and retention.

3. Mindset and accountability coaching, identifying objections, and helping the clients overcome them. Delivered inside the community as a Q/A thread and on regular 1-1 calls with clients. You’ll be trained in the Bring Him Closer Energetic Method.

Other Responsibilities:

You may be engaged in other tasks related to social media and content creation, such as listening to videos/audios and correcting transcripts, video editing / creation with Descript



In more detail, you will be doing the following:

1. Communicate with clients to set healthy expectations and handle any questions, objections, or complaints via email, text or phone/zoom.

2. Build rapport to become the trusted go-to person for any questions (except coaching questions, of course)

3. Coaching clients inside the community on mindset and successfully applying the Bring Him Closer Method

4. Upsell and cross-sell into other programs or follow-up offers

5. Coordinate signing agreements and answer questions if needed

6. Help clients with community and learning portal access & provide how-to training when necessary via email or Zoom

7. Monitor and ensure engagement during the program/course duration and support clients with resistance, if any. That also includes coordination of groups and 1-1 calls.

8. Payment monitoring and payment collection negotiations

9. Collecting feedback about the courses

10. Coordinating client testimonial interviews
    
    
    Requirements:

• Studies in psychology or coaching certification with experience

• Sales experience: You have a minimum of 6 months of experience in sales, preferably in account management or after-sales, where you could offer and successfully sell additional products or services to existing clients.

Time and Renumeration:

This freelance position requires 40 hours per week. During launch times, you may have a week with more hours as a group of clients will need an onboard at once followed by a few weeks with less workload.

You will have an extensive 3-6 month onboarding and training on the job (paid, of course).
