Appointment Setter / Sales Development Representative

Key Responsibilities:

☑️In a nutshell, you will be in charge of prospecting and qualifying of apx. 300-500 new leads per month as well as maintaining relationships and long-term follow-up. In addition you have access to a CRM database of 15000 email leads and apx. 2000 Instagram handles to engage with.
☑️You take over any new leads and qualify/develop them until they show up for a discovery session with the Sales Closer in the team.
☑️ Currently, we book apx. 40 to 60 leads/month for a call with apx. 10-15 hours dedicated time / week. You will take over this role + your goal will be to book at least 10 additional calls per month as a minimum, but realistically, you have enough leads to book up to 20 additional qualified calls (in total between 60 and 80 / month).

In more detail, you will be responsible for:

  1. Connect with warm leads from Instagram, TT, and Facebook communities through DMs and voice memo conversations

  2. Nurture leads inside the private community or social platforms to keep engaged and Participating

  3. Promote our courses and coaching services and make decisions on when to elevate the lead to a discovery session (sales call) with the owner to close higher-tiered services.

  4. Sales conversations via DMs, voice memos, and, as a long-term outlook, potentially Zoom calls (only for the right candidates)

  5. Maintain an intimate knowledge of the status of current warm leads, where they are in the funnel, and details of their situations for tracking and reporting weekly to the owner

  6. Report, track, and manage sales activities and results in a CRM sales pipeline.

  7. Develop a strong understanding of our courses and services and be able to answer questions, tell a prospect the expectable outcome, and know when to elevate the potential client to a discovery call (sales call) with the owner vs. selling a lower-tiered offer.

  8. Know our success stories and case studies to share with potential clients during conversations when relevant to each particular lead

  9. Understand technology successfully to navigate social media communication, searching, and url/link-sharing

Requirements:

  1. Hunter personality: You feel joy every single time when you warm up a cold lead and see them taking a decision to purchase.

  2. Highly organized: You enjoy having a to-do list and structuring your work day to achieve more in less time

  3. Proactive: Waiting and being too patient is not for you. You enjoy seeing results and feel good about making the first and next moves to get results. 

  4. Emotional intelligence and empathy: You enjoy talking to women about their emotions and relationships, you are able to build relationships and trust quickly and put yourself in their shoes.

  5. Independent: You feel comfortable working from home with minimal supervision.

  6. 2+ years experience in appointment setting, cold calling, cold outreach, social media sales and/or in sales development representative roles

  7. 1+ years experience working with Europe or US-based businesses

  8. You have successfully used a CRM before to manage, track and report sales activities. 

  9. Access to High-Speed Internet + Laptop + Quiet Environment
