How We Work

All of our roles are on a freelance basis. That means:

  • You work from your own space with your own tools and systems.

  • You’re responsible for your own insurance and legal obligations in your country.

  • You’re free to have other clients—this is not an exclusive relationship.

We value long-term, stable collaborations and many of our freelancers work with us for years, but the foundation is always freelance: independent, flexible, and built on mutual trust.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    In a nutshell, you will be in charge of prospecting and qualifying of apx. 300 leads per month as well as maintaining relationships and long-term follow-up. You take over any new leads and qualify/develop them until they show up for a discovery session with the owner or purchase a product or service.

    In more detail, you will be doing the following:

    1. Connect with warm leads from Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook communities through direct messages and voice memo conversations. You will be reaching out to 100+ leads / day.

    2. Nurture leads inside the private community or social platforms to keep engaged and Participating

    3. Promote our courses and coaching services and make decisions on when to elevate the lead to a discovery session (sales call) with the owner to close higher-tiered services.

    4. Sales conversations via DMs, voice memos, and, as a long-term outlook, potentially Zoom calls (only for the right candidates)

    5. Maintain an intimate knowledge of the status of current warm leads, where they are in the funnel, and details of their situations for tracking and reporting weekly to the owner

    6. Report, track, and manage sales activities and results in a CRM sales pipeline.

    7. Develop a strong understanding of our courses and services and be able to answer questions, tell a prospect the expectable outcome, and know when to elevate the potential client to a discovery call (sales call) with the owner vs. selling a lower-tiered offer.

    8. Know our success stories and case studies to share with potential clients during conversations when relevant to each particular lead

    9. Understand technology successfully to navigate social media communication, searching, and url/link-sharing

    Requirements:

    • Hunter personality: You feel joy every single time when you warm up a cold lead and see them taking a decision to purchase.

    • Highly organized: You enjoy having a to-do list and structuring your work day to achieve more in less time

    • Proactive: Waiting and being too patient is not for you. You enjoy seeing results and feel good about making the first and next moves to get results. 

    • Emotional intelligence and empathy: You enjoy talking to women about their emotions and relationships, you are able to build relationships and trust quickly and put yourself in their shoes.

    • Independent: You feel comfortable working from home with minimal supervision.

    • 2+ years experience in appointment setting, cold calling, cold outreach, social media sales and/or in sales development representative roles

    • 1+ years experience working with Europe or US-based businesses

    • You have successfully used a CRM before to manage, track and report sales activities.

    Your role?
    To take that message and bring it to the world with clarity, beauty, and momentum—across podcast, Instagram, blog, SEO, and community.

    🚀 What You’ll Own

    You’re not a task-taker. You’re the one who makes the marketing move—leading execution and communication across channels while collaborating with the team to bring real stories to the surface.

    💬 Instagram Strategy (Feed, Stories, Broadcast Channel)

    • Own our IG strategy end-to-end—feed, stories, and broadcast

    • Create content that builds connection, trust, and conversion (educational, emotional, social proof, sales)

    • Collaborate weekly with the success coaches and sales team to gather wins, objections, and client stories for repurposing

    🎙️ Podcast + Blog + SEO

    • Take the lead on podcast editing (video + audio) in Descript

    • Work with Juliana to shape outlines and get raw voice notes when needed

    • Repurpose podcast episodes into reels, carousels, blog posts, and more

    • Research topic and keyword trends to boost SEO and organic reach

    • Receive backup training + creative feedback from Juliana (you’re not on your own)

    🎥 Short-Form Video + Design

    • Edit 2–3 Reels or short videos/week in CapCut or Descript

    • Design high-end, warm Canva assets (carousels, stories, headers)

    • Use our existing brand templates and photo/video library

    ✍️ Content Systems + Team Communication

    • Maintain Notion content tracker (ideas, assets, repurposing)

    • Proactively communicate with Juliana and team to move projects forward

    • Share monthly performance snapshots via Loom (engagement, leads, reach)

    📈 Success Looks Like

    After a 3-month onboarding and ramp-up period, we expect:

    • 200+ organic leads/month (we’re currently at 100+)

    • 1+ high-ticket client/month from organic (you don’t do sales—but your content does the pre-lift)

    • Consistent growth in reach, downloads, IG engagement, and repurposing output

    A marketing system that flows without needing Juliana to chase tasks or fill in the blanks

    Who We Serve:

    1. Your Experience & Background

    • 1+ year experience doing lead generation, appointment setting, cold outreach, or sales support (especially for international / overseas clients).

    • Preferably worked for online businesses, coaching, SaaS, or digital services.

    • Has handled inboxes (DMs, social, email), CRM systems, and lead pipelines before.

    • Comfortable with working outside local PH hours (e.g. US or Europe time zones) if needed.

    2. Your Skills & Traits 

    • Excellent English (written and verbal) — clear, friendly, persuasive without being pushy

    • Strong research skills — able to find new leads, verify contact info, understand backgrounds

    • Good qualification sense — knows which leads are worth pursuing and when to drop or escalate

    • Attention to detail (notes, follow-up dates, stages, tracking)

    • Proactive, self-driven, high ownership — they don’t wait to be told everything

    • Emotional intelligence and empathy — especially useful when leads are dealing with sensitive emotional topics

    • Resilience and persistence — many leads will not respond or will say “no” initially

    • Adaptability — able to adjust approach for different audiences, products, or platforms

    3. Tools & Systems You Are Familiar With

    • Experience with a CRM (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Close, etc.)

    • Familiarity with social media messaging (Instagram DMs, Facebook) and voice notes

    • Email tools (Gmail, Outlook, or bulk emailing tools)

    • Calendar scheduling software (Calendly, Google Calendar, etc.)

    • Reliable tech setup (good internet, computer, headset)

    4. Responsibilities You’ll Be Trusted With

    • Prospecting new leads and sourcing contact info

    • Qualifying warm leads, asking probing questions

    • Responding to inbound messages, DMs, comments

    • Nurturing leads over days/weeks (follow-ups)

    • Deciding when to elevate a lead to a sales call

    • Logging all interactions and updating pipeline in CRM

    • Coordinating with sales or coaching teams

    • Meeting targets (number of leads, qualified calls, conversions)

    5. Working Conditions & Requirements

    • Remote Freelance Contract / Work-from-home setup

    • Preferred time flexibility to align with overseas clients (may require night shifts)

    • Stable internet connection and reliable hardware

    • Quiet workspace (for calls, voice memos)

    • Reporting to managers or team leads, weekly or more frequent check-ins

    • Base salary + commission or bonus based on performance
