2. Watch One Per Day (or Binge at Your Own Pace)
We recommend watching one part per day — each video is about 20 minutes and comes with a small workbook with reflection + embodiment exercises.
That rhythm gives your nervous system time to shift — and helps the message land deeper.
But if you're hurting right now or need something to hold onto — you can unlock the next part right away using the button at the bottom of the page.
You get to choose your pace — just remember: your free access expires in 10 days.
3. You have 10 full days to dive in.
We recommend taking each part of this training one day at a time and giving it some time to settle in your mind.
But if your anxiety is high and you feel you must take action ASAP, you can binge them all right away.
My only request is… don’t put it out, because when the timer ends, your access will also end.
