It’s almost always a typo — we’ll fix it manually for you.
2. Watch Parts 1–4
Over the next few days, you’ll receive one part per day straight to your inbox.
This rhythm is intentional — your nervous system absorbs the material much more deeply when you give each part a little space to settle before moving to the next.
So please keep an eye on your inbox…
Open each email…
And watch the part that arrives that day.
But —
if your anxiety is high or you want to move faster, you’ll also see a “Continue to Next Part” button at the bottom of each training page.
That means:

OR
👉 Follow the daily rhythm and let each insight land gently.
